Pain in my upper abdonimal?

it feels like theres a bubble on my top left abdominal...like where my rib cage begins...it feels like a balloon that inflates and then deflates....its been going on for a couple of days now and i dont really know what may be the cause of it..i dont have any pain...just that feeling..its uncomfortable and i cant ignore it. PLEASE HELp anyone :(
