There's a pimple/swell near my vagina area. I'M FREAKING OUT D:?

Well, one thing for sure, it's NOT herpes, nor cancer. A little bit more information could help, such as do you shave? It sounds like an ingrown hair for sure. A boil may be possible as well, but boils tend to hurt REALLY bad. You wouldn't be able to squeeze it. So it it most likely an ingrown hair. Try an after-shave on the skin or alcohol to dry it out.
