Breastfeeding Problem..?

Well I just had my son about two and a half weeks ago and it took a couple of days for my breasts to engorge. When they did I began to breastfeed more and one day I let him i guess say un engorge my right breast. And now my left breast engorges normally. It gets that rock hard feeling and begins to leak milk but the right one is totally deflated. It has milk but doesnt engorge anymore after that day. What's wrong and how do i fix this?
