Can maderma scar ointment help remove the hypertrophic scar my tragus piercing left?

There is a small kind of pink/purple deflated looking bubble on my tragus where I used to have it pierced. I took the piercing out and the bump around the tragus popped (I know it's not a keloid) but it's still some annoying ****. Therefore it's now a little scar that bothers me. I want it gone for good! I have used tea tree oil and that helped but now I was wondering if maderma would do the trick? Anyone have luck with it or another product?
