I want to leave my city so bad...is being homeless the worst thing in the world?

Stay where you are for now and work. Ignore every one. Save enough to live off of for a month. Then move, look for a cheap apartment, and a job. Soon you will be able to have a whole new life elsewhere and all those other people will forget.
