I am making dandelion wine when is it ready?

i started 2 weeks ago, and at first the balloons on the bottles were filling up with the gases. however 1 of the bottles is deflated now, does that mean it is ready, or is that bottle no good. i have 4 others that still have the balloons filled with gas. let me know, i want to drink it, but not if it ain't safe
