Just below my penis glans (head) it gets really thin but in a curve and then gets thick down the shaft.?

my penis has grown but the shape is very annoying for masturbation, when i grip my penis i will be holding the thick part and then my hand will go up the shaft into the thin groove up to the penis head adding too much pressure and thus deflating my penis head, :( what can i do
