Recently had gal bladder surgery now it feels like a balloon blowing up in my chest?

I had gal bladder removal surgery 2 weeks ago today. Ive been pain free up until last night. I have been on a bland fat free diet for 2 weeks, no fried food, nothing greasy, nothing spicy. I may have to stay on this diet one more week. I have stuck with this diet also, no cheating. Now since last night im having pain that comes and goes, its between my breasts right at the top of my stomach in the chest area. It feels like a balloon has been blown up for 2 or 3 seconds and then it deflates and the pain is gone. Its hard to breath when it hits also. Anyone know what this is? What's causing it and will it stop eventually?
