Problem with testicles?

Hello. I am a 14 yr old male. I don't really have a problem it's more of a question. I see my testicles like inflating and deflating, they do not hurt or look like they is any problem at all. It just seems sort of weird my sack inflates and deflates like its breathing ha. Thanks in advance.
