My breasts are so sore and I haven't had my period yet!!!!!!?

I always get mad at myself and then I cry because I want to be the first one to "grow up" among my friends. Like I said my breasts are always tender, and once I couldn't even poke them in the lightest way!!!! I think my mom had her period at 12 but I am 10! My friend is as flat chested as a carpet and she had to get surgery to stop her from having her period!!!!! I'm so lonely, I want to have my period! Girls please help!;( I don't want to tell my mom because she never listens and she is unreasonable!
