I have this red spot on my armpit?

It is probably a pimple. If not, it could've been some sort of bug bite. Since pus came out of it, I would not worry about it as it should be gone in a few days. Just keep an eye on it if it. If it enlarges or takes on a different color, I would make an appointment with your doctor.
