You really don't know this questions? you should buy a pregnancy book but it doesn't immediately become flat once you are done delivering the baby, it takes a little bit and depends how big of a girl you are to begin with! and a pregnant belly will get hard and no you will feel different.. heavier that's for sure and your back will hurt a lot as well.
